Picking or twisting lashes, humidity, your natural lash health, and proper aftercare can affect the retention (lasting) of your set. Please keep this in mind after your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Please arrive on time — after 15 minutes without communication, your appointment will be canceled.
Fills Policy
After 4 weeks without a fill appointment, you will need to restart with a full set. If less than 40% of extensions remain, it is considered a full set. Fills are the application and removal of lashes that should no longer be on the natural eyelashes.
Why are fills necessary?
Fills replace extensions that have grown out or fallen out due to the growth cycle. Fills not only keep the set looking full but they also keep the natural lashes healthy! When there’s 4+ week old extensions holding on, it can put stress on the natural lash, causing damage!

Regular lash fill-ins can also help you avoid the cost of a new set in future.
NOTE: If fills are booked often, a full set is recommended every three months to keep everything healthy and neat!
